St John’s Primary School project was a £1.2M refurbishment scheme. Encompassing the underpinning, Helifix, renovation, refurbishment and retrofitting to an old 1800’s school; including asbestos removal and mechanical & electrical re-design and improving the schools thermos efficiency.

Walker Construction (leaguecommittee.com) Ltd were awarded the contract to build two new Fire and Rescue Stations at Rochester and Medway, the new Fire Station at Rochester is situated on a new site next to Rochester airport, the station also features a new state of the art Road Safety Centre attached to the station for training and educating the general public and schools, as well as a purpose built steel training tower building for Fire Officer training.

A major £2.5m redevelopment has been completed at Norman Tailyour House in central Deal. The project was to renovate the residential facility to provide 18 fully self-contained sheltered residential Council flats to Dover District Council. The renovated Council-owned building in Hope Road, Deal, includes 16 one-bedroom flats and 2 two-bedroom flats in a supported housing environment.
